WHO WE ARE
Founded by spouses Sergey and Violetta Bida, the online fencing course “Bida Foundation” was created with the aim of sharing with the whole world the knowledge and experience that they have accumulated throughout their sports life.
Here you will not only find the best author's fencing programs and special physical training complexes, but you will also be able to discover a path in the field of psychology, meditation and concentration.
